<p>5/5/09 Happy Cinco DeMayo; The saying &#8220;knowledge is power&#8221; doesn&#8217;t just apply to school. Try logging your food. You will be amazed by the difference of what you thought you were eating, as to what you really are eating. With this new knowledge, make changes. </p>
<p>5/21/09 Now that you have been logging your food for the past few weeks, now it is time to make the changes. find the constant &#8220;bad&#8221; foods and eliminate them. It could be your late night buttery popcorn, or your candy after lunch. What ever it is eliminate it and try to replace it with a healthy substitute. If you dont know any substistutes for your food or are unsure of what is &#8220;bad&#8221; in your diet that go ahead and contact us and we can help make changes and give healthy options. Dont be shy, health isn&#8217;t a goal, its a lifestyle and the only way to achieve this lifestyle is through knowledge. You only obtain knowledge through questions. </p>
